Children's Ministry Registration

Living Word Christian Church's Children's Ministry is for children ages 6 weeks old through 5th grade.

One Registration Form must be completed per child.

Once complete, this child will be registered to attend any LWCC sponsored Children's Ministry events September-August of the current registration year.

A new form will need to be completed for each child to attend events during the current registration year (September-August).

Only authorized parents and adults 18+ will be allowed to drop off and pick up your children at our events.
